Kuzuva Technology (Private) Limited is a company registered in Zimbabwe, providing AI-assisted software development and consulting services, including WhatsApp Business Platform integration, conversational AI automation, and related software that runs on WhatsApp's native app and other messaging platforms. This policy applies to our website, our WhatsApp Business Account(s), and any software or services we build and operate on your behalf.

2Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact information: your name, phone number (including your WhatsApp number), and email address.
• Message content: the text, media, and attachments you send us through WhatsApp, and the automated or human replies we send you.
• Business and transactional data: information you share to receive a service (for example, prescription refill requests, order details, or appointment information).
• Technical data: device, browser, and usage information collected via our website (such as IP address and pages visited).
• Metadata: message timestamps, delivery/read status, and conversation status provided to us via the WhatsApp Business Platform.

3How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your messages and provide the services you request;
• Operate, maintain, and improve our AI-assisted automations and workflows;
• Send you transactional updates (such as order confirmations or delivery status);
• Maintain records for support, quality assurance, and compliance purposes;
• Communicate with you about our services, where you have consented to receive such messages.

We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to the service you engaged us for without your consent.

4WhatsApp Business Platform & Meta

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"), to send and receive messages. When you message us on WhatsApp, your information is processed by Meta in accordance with the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Privacy Policy, in addition to this policy. Meta may use certain data shared through the platform (such as your phone number and message metadata) for its own purposes as described in its terms. We encourage you to review Meta's policies to understand their data practices.

5How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Meta / WhatsApp, as the platform used to deliver messages;
• Service providers who support our infrastructure (such as hosting, cloud, and AI processing providers), under confidentiality obligations;
• Our clients, when we operate a WhatsApp Business Account on behalf of a business (for example, a pharmacy using RxFlow), so they can fulfil your request;
• Authorities, where required by law, regulation, or legal process.

6Data Retention & Security

We retain conversation and transactional data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, meet legal or record-keeping obligations, and resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — including access controls and encrypted transmission — to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7Your Rights & Choices

You may, at any time:

• Opt out of receiving further messages by replying STOP in the WhatsApp conversation;
• Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements.

8Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9International Data Transfers

As we operate across Zimbabwe and other African markets and use international infrastructure providers (including Meta's global platform), your information may be processed or stored outside your country of residence. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure information receives an adequate level of protection.

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this section indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
